Donald C. Raimey, Jr., Clu, ChFC, AIF – Managing Partner
Don founded Leading Edge in 1981 and is the Managing Partner for all four dynamic companies. Don takes the name of his company to heart and constantly strives to stay ahead of the competition by providing “Leading Edge” technology, service and solutions. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida in 1979 with a major in Marketing. In 1982 and 1983, he completed Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) requirements at the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Don has served in leadership roles within the Local Association of Financial Services Society, International Association of Financial Planning, and the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. He is a current member of the Society for Financial Service Professionals and the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence and is AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) certified.

Diane Raimey Diane Raimey, Chief Financial Officer
Diane is the co-founder of Leading Edge, and serves as Chief Financial Officer for all four dynamic companies.

She has more than 30 years experience in accounting and financial services. She received her Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of West Florida, and holds a Life, Health and Variable Annuities license with the State of Florida.

Diane is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting and accounts payable.

Marion B. Bayers, SPHR – Director of Operations
Marion joined Leading Edge in 2001. She currently serves as Director of Operations for Leading Edge Benefit Advisors and Leading Edge Human Resource Services. In this dual role, she oversees staff and agency needs with a special concentration on the group employee benefits division and human resource services. Marion possesses 30 years of human resource management experience.

She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Central Florida in business management and graduated Magna cum laude. Marion is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Management Association of Southwest Florida. She has her national designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources and she holds her Life and Health license with the State of Florida.

Angie Santee – Account Executive
Angie is responsible for the day-to-day client services as well as marketing, renewals, open enrollment and ensuring that our clients receive the Value Added Solutions package that best meets their needs. She has 17 years insurance experience with 10 of those years specifically in the employee benefits field.
Annette M. Groeling – HIPAA Compliant Claims Advocate/Voluntary Benefits Advisor
Annette has over 19 years of experience in employee benefits; working in the broker arena in Illinois and Florida. She also worked for 7 years for a national health carrier and her experience there included claims processing and customer service relating to medical and workers’ compensation claims.

Annette is best known to our clients for her tenacious assistance with difficult claim issues and hands-on knowledge of voluntary products including AFLAC and Allstate.

Marcy Moates – Operations Manager / Financial Analyst
Marcy has 20 years of experience in Medical Practice Administration, including accounting, human resource management and daily operations. She is best known to our clients for her financial assistance in calculating employee cost sharing, and preparation of our fiduciary investment score cards for retirement plans. She also oversees the Hidden Paychecks and HR Connection solutions.

She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from Florida Atlantic University.

Kerri M. Sisson – Employee Benefits Advisor
Kerri serves as a Benefits Advisor to our clients and manages the marketing aspects of our agency.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida, as well as a Life, Health and Variable Annuities license with the State of Florida and Series 6 Securities license with FINRA.

Janette M. L’Heureux, RHU, REBC, PHR – Benefits Advisor
Janette joined Leading Edge in 2005 and serves as a Benefits Advisor to our clients. She is responsible for building new business relationships and partnering with clients to bring them needed services. She has been in the benefits business since 1984 and has developed a thorough understanding of our marketplace.

Janette is responsible for assisting her clients with every aspect of their employee benefit programs including the overall design of the program, marketing and financial analysis, conducting enrollment meetings and employee communications.

Timothy McGee, AIF – Employee Benefits Advisor and Retirement Plan Specialist
Tim joined Leading Edge in 2011 and serves as a Benefits Advisor to our clients. Prior to joining Leading Edge, he served as a Regional Benefits and HR Consultant for Paychex in Southwest Florida for 5 years. He is responsible for building new business relationships and partnering with clients to bring them needed services.

Tim is a 15 year veteran in the financial services industry. He has been securities licensed since 1997 and currently holds the series, 6 and 7 licenses in addition to the Life, Accident, and Health licenses. He is responsible for assisting his clients with every aspect of their employee benefit programs including the overall design of the program, marketing and financial analysis, conducting enrollment meetings and employee communications. Tim’s prior experience in working with PEOs has also made him an expert in PEO comparative analysis.
