Leading Edge Financial Group, Inc. was formed in 1981 as a diversified financial services company providing employee benefit, business planning and wealth management services to our clients. Over the years it has been our privilege to work with some of Florida’s finest employers representing a diverse array of industries from medical to manufacturing, including multi-location and multi-state entities as well. Our focus on working with the best employers and always making our clients’ needs our first priority has been our key to success and growth.

In 2011, in order to best manage our continued growth and the internal requirements of new regulations within the employee benefit and financial services industries, we announced a major evolution of our business model. Today, under the common ownership of Leading Edge Companies, LLC, our company is now organized into four distinct core service companies that continue to provide the Leading Edge client with an integrated comprehensive approach to their benefit, human resource, business planning, and wealth protection needs
